How quickly does the system respond to a missed call?
It is designed to send a personalized text within 5 seconds of a missed call. That is our design target rather than a guaranteed service level, since carrier and network timing can vary.
How does SMS compliance and opt-out work?
Every automated interaction is built around carrier and CASL requirements. Replying STOP unsubscribes instantly, opt-outs are honoured automatically, and consent records are logged. Outbound reactivation campaigns are limited to 9 AM – 7 PM in the recipient's local time.
What is the Controlled Alpha Pilot?
We're onboarding 3–5 select GTA trade contractors with founder-led setup, white-glove onboarding, and priority support — one contractor per trade per city. The $297 setup fee is waived for Alpha Pilot members.
